Pathway 1: 

Main Room


For women who want structured guidance and space  to process the course at your own pace.

Over 8 weeks (with a break for Easter holidays in the middle) - you get:

  • Weekly live, 90-minute calls on Zoom, where we do the work together as a group, practicing powerful exercises to help you figure out what you need.
  • Video/Audio teaching
    Short weekly lessons to watch/listen to at your own pace, covering the transformation you’re going through at each stage.
    (For busy mums the video teaching will also be available on audio, if you want to listen along whilst you’re bashing out other tasks!)
  • Custom workbook
    Including tools, space to journal and make notes. Download as a PDF.
  • Replays of live sessions – accessible for one year.
  • Private Facebook community to connect with each other for the duration of the course, where I can answer any questions and thoughts coming up.
  • Gentle accountability to get the most out of this course.

This is a test course price. The real cost is much closer to £200+  but you get full access for much less as an early adopter, in exchange for written feedback and a video testimonial if you love it!

The Circle

Includes everything in the Main Room, plus:

  • Small-group coaching together as a group of 4 (90 mins), every other week.
    This means you get 4 additional sessions over the 8 week course. Tuesdays will be the Main Room, every other Thursday the Circle Group will meet Term 1: Thursday 12th & 26th March
    Term 2: Thurs 23rd April & 7th May
  • Personalised hot-seat sessions in these group coaching calls (over 8 weeks you’ll get to be on the hot-seat at least twice for personal coaching).
  • Direct feedback and discussion on what’s coming up for you in the course.
  • 1 x 1:1 coaching session at the end of the course (60 mins).
  • Private Whatsapp group for contact with me during set times of the week.
